VINTAGE Albert E. Price, Harlequin Clown Musical Wind up doll ????

Description

The doll looks just like a VINTAGE Albert E. Price, Harlequin Clown Musical Wind up doll????but no tag on the outfit and no markings on the doll.
Box shows "Cette Colombine En Porcelaine".  I think it is french.  I do not know what it says.

Key taped on the bottom flap.  She is about 23" tall.
Top and bottom skirt have a few dirt stains.  Did not want to wash unless I removed the black balls first, the black might run into the white.   Both the top and bottom skirt do not have elastic on them.  The elastic on the black neck lace also is stretched out.
Face has nice color and not problems other than
pin size marks on the neck.
Wind up and plays music.  Works.  There is a rust stain around the area where you put in the key to wind up.

Paint rubs on the feet, no chips.
Hair seems dirty.
Right hand chip on thumb
Right arm residue on area near wrist
Left hand had a hole, it looks like a factory default not a chip but I cannot be sure.
