Texsolv Straight Arrow Pegs
These arrow shaped pegs are part of the Texsolv peg lock system, and used with Texsolv cord or rope in place of a knot. The peg goes through a link in the cord to make a loop of cord or to connect a piece of cord to a wooden part on the loom.
The full Texsolv peg lock system consists of two types of pegs, Straight Arrow pegs and Anchor pegs. They are strong and durable and can withstand heavy loads. They lock the tie up cord fast and easy.

The Texsolv system of harness/shaft and treadle tie-ups is versatile and has the answer for any tie-up problem from shafts to treadles. The polyester loop cord is a continuous string of "button holes" which can be threaded in and around various loom pieces and secured with either of the two styles of pegs: arrow or anchor. Most tie-ups require only the light loop cord as it has a breaking strength of 180 pounds. Only if you're working with a large rug loom is the heavier loop cord advisable.
