From the Khourigba, Morocco area, comes this fossil matrix featuring 4 vertebrae. It looks probably to be Enchodus.  Eocene about 54 million years.
The four vertebrae measure about 7.9 cm. from end to end. The plate is about 12.2 by 9 cm., and it weighs 661 grams (1 lb. 7.35 oz.).  They have been inlaid into this matrix plate stone.
With this type of specimen, a tiny amount of it may break off in shipping, but not enough to alter the beauty of the piece. I wrap it very carefully in thick layers of wrap. If that is not acceptable to you, please do not order.  I offer a 100% full return guarantee for 30 days after purchase.
