I will respond to all messages immediately, more often than not. But, just in case, please allow me one business day to respond.
Items come from a Clean, Gluten-Free, Non-Smoker, Dog and Cat-Free home (although I do have a pair of rabbits).  Items may be vintage or antique, and I will do my best to clean them up. However, (with the exception of non-vintage, pre-owned clothing) I do not wash or restore items, I leave that up to the buyer.
I strive for 100% customer satisfaction! Positive Feedback is very important to me. I try my very best to make sure every customer is completely satisfied.

Items will usually be shipped within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of payment.
I am happy to combine shipping!

I provide a selection of the following shipping options for your convenience:
Items that are shipped free will ship via USPS First Class.
Items weighing under 1 lb will ship USPS First Class, Retail Ground.
Items weighing 1-9 lbs will ship Priority Mail, FedEx SmartPost or UPS SurePost (Final Delivery USPS)
Items weighing over 9 lbs will ship FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground.
Damaged Items & Returns Policy:

If an item arrived damaged, contact me immediately, within 24 hours of delivery.
Please be sure to retain
all
packaging, including the box and packing materials.
Returns:
I strive for 100% Buyer Satisfaction. If you wish to return an item for whatever reason, please note the following conditions:
The item must be returned with all packaging intact and in unused condition
A 20% restocking fee
may
apply, unless item is defective or damaged in transit.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
